Boxing Conditioning

Boxing Conditioning (60 Minutes): Step into the ring (no actual contact!) for a high-energy, 60-minute workout designed to build strength, endurance, and mental toughness. This class fuses boxing technique with functional strength training, HIIT circuits, agility drills, and core work to deliver a full-body challenge. You’ll go through structured rounds that include a dynamic warm-up, intense bag and mitt work, speed and footwork drills, and a proper cool-down to aid recovery and prevent injury. Expect to punch, sweat, and push yourself through a variety of movements that keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this class is scalable to all fitness levels. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required
